Data in this report is from a blind survey conducted June 14–July 2, 2019, that generated 10,614 responses. Survey respondents are from Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. All respondents are third-party panelists (not limited to Salesforce customers).
